Rental Rate Notes

Please note that Christmas and New Year's weeks are at a rate of $3,500/week.
Extra persons (over 6) are $200 per person per week. Maximum occupancy isä adults and 2 small children.
Rental includes airport transfers to and from airport. We do offer the option to hire a driver with a passenger van for the week. Our drivers are wonderful and are great guides to Montego Bay and the surrounding area. Rates are $600/week or $150/day. Payment is made with cash at the end of your stay and we recommend gratuity at 15%. Rates are subject to change.

Policies

Children are welcome!
House can sleep 6 adults, plus one or two small children on rollaway beds/crib OR 4 adults with two children in twin beds, one of the bedrooms has a bed that converts to twins.
No Pets Allowed
Gratuities are recommended for a staff of three at 10% of the winter rental rate (currently $330) and 15% of the summer rate (currently $360). Please have sufficient funds set aside. Should you choose to hire the driver, please tip him at a rate of 10-15%.
Check IN Time is 4:00pm and Check OUT time is 11:00pm
Food and Beverage not included in rental rate - Villa grocery budget is approx. $25-$35 per day per adult in Montego Bay. The villa cook, Sharon, will handle all grocery shopping and meal preparation. Plan to pay the cook with cash for groceries. Guests are welcome to go to the market with Sharon at any time. Special dietary needs should be addressed at time of booking. If you choose to not hire a driver for the week, grocery runs will need taxi service and will be the responsibility of the guests.

25% Deposit Due at time of booking
Refundable deposit of $200 in the Summer and $300 in the Winter if paying by cash or check
Balance due 30 Prior to Arrival
Mastercard, Visa or Diners Club Accepted

Refunds

Full Deposit Refunded if Cancelled 90 Days Prior to Arrival
50% Deposit Refunded if Cancelled 45 Days Prior to Arrival
If Rebooked Within One Year, Credit of 100% Will Be Applied Toward Future Rental, if cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival.
