Restaurants for fine dining...

  • The Sugar Mill (Half Moon Bay Resort)  - What a view, this is a great place to go for sunsets!
  • Margarite's - Love the Seafood dishes!!
  • The Townhouse Restaurant - Famous for years as the best restaurant in downtown Montego Bay,but recently moved to a prime beachview location next to the Doctor's Cave Beach. Traditional local and International dishes, including seafood.
  • The Native - Gloucester Avenue: serves an excellent assortment of local dishes cooked and served gourmet style on a splendid verandah with a great view.

Just for fun...

  • Blue Beat - Jazz and Martinis, located on the Hip Strip.
  • Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville - On the water's edge, complete with water slide, sports bar and, of course, Margaritas. Point of interest, the restaurant's decor is completely hand-painted by one of Jamaica's best known artists, Geraldine Robins.
  • Pork Pit  - Gloucester Avenue: outdoors, overlooking the waterfront, serving Jamaica's favourite fast food, chicken) pork and fish cooked jerk-style. Hot and spicy!
